PINNPACK's Quality/Food Safety team is lead by an experienced and successful Director, who is supported by a passionate and educated team of inspectors and technicians. Combined with state-of-art equipment found in a newly renovated Quality Lab, the quality team can perform most tests needed to ensure the quality of our products are the highest and meet customer specs.

Cold Storage Testing
This is to ensure our products that are frozen don't crack when frozen
I.V. Testing
We test the I.V. of our material, sheet, and finished products.
Incoming Raw Material Testing
We test all incoming raw material to ensure it meets all quality and food safety specifications.
Dimensional Analysis
To ensure consistent gram weight and material thickness
Stack & Load Testing
We test to ensure our products are built strong to withstand display stacking
Drop Testing
Haze/Clarity/Color Monitoring
This maintains clear parts clear, and that color items have the correct tint according to specifications.
Functional Testing
For parts that lock/close/fit together
