As a leading plastic packaging manufacturer, PINNPACK strives for sustainability. That is why we use recycled plastic in our packaging in addition to being created with material that is recyclable itself!

WHAT WE DO

EXTRUDE

The First step in our process is called EXTRUSION, where we take pellets and flake of PET/rPET plastic and turn it into large rolls of plastic sheet that we then Thermoform into product.

THERMOFORM

Once we extrude the pellets/flake into Sheet Rolls. We then take those Sheet Rolls and THERMOFORM them into a variety of different product sizes and shapes

WHAT IS PET/rPET?

This durable yet lightweight material is made from Carbon, Oxygen, and Hydrogen. It is non-toxic and the most recyclable plastic material. PET can be recycled into rPET (Recycled PET) over and over again!
