EXTRUDE

The First step in our process is called EXTRUSION, where we take pellets and flake of PET/rPET plastic and turn it into large rolls of plastic sheet that we then Thermoform into product.

THERMOFORM

Once we extrude the pellets/flake into Sheet Rolls. We then take those Sheet Rolls and THERMOFORM them into a variety of different product sizes and shapes

WHAT IS PET/rPET?

This durable yet lightweight material is made from Carbon, Oxygen, and Hydrogen. It is non-toxic and the most recyclable plastic material. PET can be recycled into rPET (Recycled PET) over and over again!
